GOING GLOBAL // The homeowners do animal conservation work in Africa, and Christina was able to weave artifacts from their travels into the home.

LIGHTEN UP // The design, by Christina Simon, captures the essence of a traditional Santa Barbara bungalow with light colors and Mission-style architectural details and finishes.

BOLD & BEAUTIFUL // The kitchen cabinets are topped with black granite on the perimeters and the island features a mesquite wood countertop and lighting from Urban Electric.

OPEN-AIR // The family room features a glass wall with uninterrupted lake views and the causal family dining table, designed by Christina Simon, is topped with a Ralph Lauren light fixture.
